Disney's Magical Express

If you are arriving by air, your vacation starts the moment you land. No need to hassle with luggage at baggage claim. As a Disney Resort Hotel Guest, Disney’s Magical Express is complimentary.

Motor coaches take you from Orlando International Airport to your Disney Resort, while Disney takes checked bags (excluding pet carriers) from the plane to your room. And when the vacation’s over, receive complimentary return transportation back to the airport.

Disney's Magical Express service requires a separate reservation made at least 10 days prior to arrival.

Alamo® Rent A Car

Walt Disney Travel Company can arrange an Alamo® rental car, the Official Rental Car of the Walt Disney World® Resort. You will save time by picking up the car right at the Orlando International Airport with no shuttle bus hassles. Once you arrive, choose any car available within their Alamo® booking category – there are no pre-assigned cars.

Alamo® features GM® vehicles in a variety of sizes to accommodate your needs, including:

• Compact - Chevrolet Cavalier or similar; seats 5 passengers and room for 3 suitcases.
• Midsize - Pontiac Grand Am or similar; seats 5 passengers and room for 4 suitcases.
• Mid-size SUV’s - Chevrolet Equinox or similar; seats 5 passengers and room for 2 suitcases.
• Fullsize – Chevrolet Malibu or similar; seats 5 passengers and room for 5 suitcases.
• Minivan - Chevrolet Venture or similar; seats 7 passengers and room for 4 suitcases.

Did You Know:

• You can add Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) insurance at a low rate of $45.00 per week.
  • CDW insurance is a Primary Policy - Guests may not realize that although they might have CDW insurance on their credit card, it is most likely only Secondary coverage.
• If you want maximum flexibility to come and go as you please, an Alamo® rental car may be a perfect choice.

Town Car
Town Car Transfer Service is available from Orlando International Airport, Sanford Airport, and Amtrak(Orlando station).

• For the Orlando International Airport the Driver will meet and welcome passengers in Baggage Claim at Terminals A and B.
• This service provides direct, non-stop transportation from the airport or train station to your Disney Resort.
• The maximum party size is four passengers with room for five to six medium sized suitcases or three large suitcases plus carry-on luggage.
• Gratuities for drivers are included.
• This ground transportation selection includes Round-Trip Service between the airport or train station and your Disney Resort.

Please note, the driver will assist with loading/unloading luggage into the car, however drivers are not permitted to bring luggage from the baggage claim area to the car. Luggage assistance is available from the airport Sky Caps.

Limousine Transfer Service
Limousine Transfer Service is available from Orlando International Airport, Sanford Airport, and Amtrak(Orlando station). For the Orlando International Airport the Driver will meet and welcome passengers in Baggage Claim at Terminals A and B.

• This service provides direct, non-stop transportation from the airport or train station to your Disney Resort.
• The maximum party size is six passengers with room for five to six medium sized suitcases or three large suitcases plus carry-on luggage.
• Gratuities for drivers are included.
• This ground transportation selection includes Round-Trip Service between the airport or train station and your Disney Resort.

Please note, the driver will assist with loading/unloading luggage into the car, however drivers are not permitted to bring luggage from the baggage claim area to the car. Luggage assistance is available from the airport Sky Caps.

Exclusive Van Service
Exclusive Van service is available from Orlando International Airport, Sanford Airport, and Amtrak(Orlando station).

• For the Orlando International Airport the Driver will meet and welcome passengers in Baggage Claim at Terminals A and B.
• This service provides direct, non-stop transportation from the airport or train station to your hotel.
• The maximum party size is eleven passengers with room for 15-20 regular size pieces of luggage plus carry-on luggage. Gratuities for drivers are included.
• This ground transportation selection includes Round-Trip Service between the airport or train station and your hotel.

Please note, the driver will assist with loading/unloading luggage into the van, however drivers are not permitted to bring luggage from the baggage claim area to the van. Luggage assistance is available from the airport Sky Caps.

Shuttle Service
24 hour one way and round trip shuttle service from Orlando International Airport and Amtrak(Orlando Station). Shuttle may make multiple stops en route to your hotel. Please note, the driver may assist with loading/unloading luggage into the shuttle, however drivers are not permitted to bring luggage from the baggage claim area to the shuttle. Luggage assistance is available from the airport Sky Caps. Gratuity for the driver is not included.
